Teens with Pot Flee Cops on Foot
PRINCE FREDERICK - 12/5/2008
On Nov. 28, at 11:24 p.m., in the area of Md. Route 4 and Lord Baltimore Drive, Trooper First Class Stein stopped a vehicle for traffic violations.
During the traffic stop, the driver fled on foot. Trooper First Class Stein pursued the suspect and placed him under arrest a short distance later. The suspect was identified as David Alan Ferguson, 19 of Huntingtown. A search of Ferguson and his vehicle revealed marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. A passenger, identified as Christina Marie Sita, 19 of Huntingtown, was also arrested.
Both were transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing and later incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
