Armed Suspects Rob Citizen of Cell Phone, Cash

On Dec. 3 at 8:15 p.m., officers responded to Kings Wharf Place in Waldorf for the report of a citizen robbery.

Investigation revealed the victim was walking home from a friend’s house when he was approached by two suspects. One suspect asked for a cigarette and the other suspect displayed a handgun and stole the victim’s money and cell phone. After the robbery, the suspects fled on foot. Officers canvassed the area and a K-9 track led them to a nearby neighborhood but the suspects disappeared.

The suspects are described as black males, between 18 and 22-years-old, approximately 6 foot 0 inches, with medium builds. One suspect had shoulder length dread locks.

Officer S. Bryant handled the call.
