Warrant Service – On Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:41am, Tpr. W. A. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15248) on Eric Maurice Chase, 21, of Callaway. The warrant was issued for Mr. Chase’s arrest on December 2, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Chase turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County on January 13, 2012 with an original charge of Driving Without Required Authorization. Mr. Welcome was located in the 46000 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. Warrant Service – On Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 4:30am, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15126) on Tercell Javon Blackiston, 23, of Leonardtown. Mr. Blackiston was wanted on an original charge of CDS Possession – Marijuana and Driving On A Suspended License. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County on September 13, 2011. Mr. Blackiston was located already in custody at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. The warrant was issued on Mr. Adams on February 6, 2012 by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with a charge of a Fugitive Other Area – Virginia.
