On Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 12:29am, TFC M. A. Moore responded to the 43000 block of Joy Lane in Hollywood for a reported domestic assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with Elizabeth Annecatherine Combs, 47, of Hollywood. Ms. Combs provided TFC Moore with an account of the situation advising she had been struck while involved in an altercation. TFC Moore than made contact with a male complainant, 44, of Hollywood. An account of the incident was provided by the complainant and two additional witnesses. Based on all accounts provided and physical evidence observed, Ms. Combs was placed under arrest for Second Degree Assault. Ms. Combs was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
