On April 19, 2015, Deputy K. Molitor responded to St. Mary’s College for a reported trespasser on the campus.
On 4/18/15 at 11:07 PM, suspect Andrew Dennis Richardson, age 22, of North Potomac, was issued a notice not to trespass on the college property.
A few hours later, Richardson returned to the campus. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
He was charged with Trespassing on School Grounds.
On April 15, 2015, Deputy J. Smith observed suspect Troy David Yates, age 49, of Lexington Park, coming out of the Subway located in Millison Plaza.
Yates had been issued a notice not to trespass for the Millision Plaza Property on 3-20-14 and 1-29-15 by Deputy Cole.
Yates was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Trespassing.
