Join former Senator Bernie Fowler and other dignitaries as they wade into the river for the 25th anniversary of this great event! Mr. Fowler started the "white sneaker" test as a means of checking water clarity. His ingenuity has led to multi-tributary events across Maryland showcasing efforts to save our rivers and streams. Before and after wading, enjoy environmental demonstrations, exhibits and activities.
