The topic of the St. Mary's County Bar Association's first Ask-A-Lawyer night is: "What are my constitutional rights?" Have you ever wondered if the police are allowed to search your car when they pull you over? Or when you have the right to remain silent? If you and your friend can be charged with the same crime?
