This is a FREE Event
Activities for all ages. There will be fitness demos, free health screenings, health and wellness information, fitness contests, obstacle course, fitness and nutrition information, yoga, zumba, pilates and more! Infant and children's car seat checks will be available from 9am - 12pm. All activities are free! There will be door prizes, giveaways and some special guests. Come enjoy the day.
