Chapman State Park, Saturday, June 9. Plein Air Painters and Photographers are invited to the park, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (contact: 240-607-2402) Mount Aventine manor home will be open 1-5p.m. Schubert Singers will perform at 2 p.m. Mike Callahan will give a talk on Beachcombing treasures and ethics and lead walk to the Potomac at 2:45. Art will be exhibited; children's crafts ongoing. The park is at 3452 Ferry Place off Chapmans Landing Rd and Rte 210, Indian Head. Information 301-753-6754, www.friendsofchapmansp.org.
