Park Rock Fest 2012 will hold a special free pre-fest concert on Friday from 6 to 8 PM. Back for a second year is a huge Carnival with rides and games. The Carnival access is free and will operate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All ages are welcome. Park Rock Fest is drug free, alcohol free, and an obscenity free event.
