College Goal Sunday (2/10/2013)

College Goal Sunday is a FREE service program that helps high school seniors and their parents/guardians complete and file the universally required Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form on-line. SoMD CAN / College Access Network and the Calvert County Public Library are co-sponsors of this event where you will be assisted by Financial Aid professionals in completing the FAFSA on the Web. There will be a $500 Scholarship opportunity for students who complete their FAFSA on the dates of College Goal Sunday. Please bring your student and parent 2012 tax or estimated tax information to the event to ensure accuracy. Space is limited; therefore Registration is highly recommended. Please visit the Calvert Library calendar at www.calvert.lib.md.us/events.html or contact 410-474-0742 or somdcan@comcast.net with your request for a one hour time slot between 12:00 and 4:00 pm at the Calvert Library, Prince Frederick.
