The College, which has been in contact with the Blacksburg Police Department, confirmed today thatt an arrest has been made. Justin underwent surgery in Roanoke and is currently in critical condition, according to assistant dean, Joanne Goldwater. His parents travelled to be with him this morning, and ask that you keep Justin in your thoughts and prayers. Justin was visiting friends at Virginia Tech when he was assaulted outside a college party by member(s) of a fraternity. We will update you as soon as more information is available.

1/30/2006 4:11 PM EST { In reply to alecto } What?? You weren't ever beaten by police during a big SWAT raid. As I recall, it was you going on the usual SWM raid. Hehe.... sorry, I had to.

1/31/2006 9:15 AM EST { In reply to philo } { In reply to alecto }No, a while back a group of police did arrest people on the St. Mary's campus and teargas everyone they could reach, after someone threw a rock at one of their cars. That's what I believe happened. Students just walking around got sprayed with gas - bit of a scandal. No-one beat him up, did they, Al?
