Chingville Accident Ends with Fly-out to PG Shock Trauma At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4, emergency units from the Second District and elsewhere worked the scene of a personal injury accident at 21711 Point Lookout Rd. in Chingville. Car Takes Flight Across Rt. 235 Over Heavy, Stalled Traffic At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, with traffic stalled in every direction because of traffic lights out at the intersection of Route 4 and Rt. 235, a single vehicle approached the intersection. Head-on Collision - Two Flown Out At approximately 11:25 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 3, the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulances along with Rescue Squads from Dunkirk and Huntingtown responded to an accident at Route 260 in the 100 block near the Mt. Harmony Road exit in Owings.

County Commissioner Loses Son County commisioner, Kenney Dement's son suffered a seizure at his place of employment in Callaway on Tuesday, Nov. 3. He had a history of siezures but unfortunately this one claimed his life. it was apporiximately six months ago that Mr. Dement lost his wife, too.
