St. Mary's Sheriffs are investigating a personal injury accident in Hermanville on Oct. 23, that left one person injured.

Around 8:30 p.m., Lexington Park and Bay District dispatched units to 21138 Three Notch Road for a collision involving two vehicles.

Upon arrival, three patients were at the scene of the crash. Units transported one patient to St. Mary's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Two other patients signed treatment refusals.

No word on the cause of the crash or if any charges were made.
