After conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle on MD Route 260 at C Street in Chesapeake Beach on Oct. 22, at 8:16 p.m., Dep. Seth Mitchell found an occupant of the vehicle, John Allen Johnson IV, 22 of Clinton, to be in possession of suspected marijuana. 

He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a round silver device used for grounding marijuana.
