Up in Smoke, Part 2, Prince Frederick Man Busted
PRINCE FREDERICK - 12/2/2008
On Nov. 27 at 10:02 p.m., Dep. Moises Velasquez stopped a vehicle on the northbound side of State Route 4 at Mountain Trail in Prince Frederick.
The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Jacob Merit Allen, 22 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a blue glass smoking device.
