Charles County Commissioner Reuben B. Collins, II (District 3) was recently feted by fellow Commissioners for being honored as Omega Man of The Year  by the Tau Lambda Lambda Chapter (Charles County) of the national Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.

The Tau Lambda Lambda Chapter recently held its Fourth Annual Founder's Day Banquet where Collins was a featured guest speaker.

The Commissioners cited Collins for his continuous participation in charitable events, and his youth mentoring efforts throughout the County.

"Commissioner Collins has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the community he faithfully serves," said Commissioner President Wayne Cooper. "We all commend him for his continued efforts to improve the lives of all citizens at the local, state and international levels," added Cooper.
