Troubled Teens Arrested for Drugs

On Jan. 17 at 1:31 a.m., after conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle near Prince Frederick Blvd. at Md. Route 231 in Prince Frederick, Dep. James Norton charged the driver, Christopher James Custer, 19 of St. Leonard, with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, small plastic baggies used to package a controlled dangerous substance; marijuana. A passenger in the vehicle, a seventeen-year-old male also from St. Leonard, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on a youth report and released to a parent. |
