Recent Findings to be Shared at Archaeological Symposium

Researchers from across Maryland will describe recent discoveries and findings from some of the state’s most important archaeological sites at a symposium on Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Historic St. Mary’s City Visitor Center.

The symposium, sponsored by the Archaeological Society of Maryland, focuses on projects at St. Mary’s City, the Zekiah Swamp in Charles County, and the Eastern Shore. 

Lunch will be available at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Admission fee is $5 for ASM and HSMC members, $7 for non-members.
