After Months of Investigations, Major Drug Busts Go Down

During the summer months of 2008 Vice Narcotics Detectives received information that a suspect, not yet charged, was dealing large amounts of marijuana and cocaine through his own drug network. Detectives began an investigation into the criminal activity which concluded recently with Search and Seizure Warrants being executed.

Vice Narcotics Detectives, Patrol Deputies, BCI Criminal Detectives and the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team executed the warrants in the Hollywood area. More than $10,000 in marijuana, over $5,000 in cocaine, two firearms, scales and more than $8,000 in property were seized.
 
Cordvero Moore, 21
Cordvero LaSale Moore, 21 of Lexington Park, was arrested and charged with possession of
Adriene Hebb, 30
marijuana and possession of counterfeit money. Adriene Lydell Hebb, 30 of Hollywood, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
 
Additional arrests and charges are expected.
 
Detectives will continue to work closely with State’s Attorney Richard Fritz to ensure all involved in this tight knit network are exposed and prosecuted.
 
 
Cody Robinson, 28
In another case, Cody Tevon Robinson aka ‘Cody Barnes,’ 28, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment after a Search Warrant on his home in Lexington Park revealed Felony amounts of Cocaine and Marijuana as well as a handgun. Additional charges are pending. The arrest was made by CSAFE Deputy Robert A. Russell.  
 
In yet another unrelated case, Vice Narcotics Detectives began an investigation into the illegal activity associated with Seth Ignatius Lengel, 22.This investigation began during the months of April and May of 2008. Numerous sources identified Lengel as a distributor of cocaine in the Ridge area of St. Mary’s County.
 
A search warrant was executed on his home on May 28, 2008 and at that time Lengel fled and

avoided apprehension. More than $4,000 worth of cocaine was recovered along with firearms, scales, $2,500.00 in cash and a Police Scanner. Lengel was a fugitive until his apprehension on March 28. He is currently being held without bond.
