Lexington Park Cocaine Dealer Busted Selling to Undercover Detective

LEXINGTON PARK - 4/7/2009

Vice Narcotics Detectives identified Barry Cedric Stout aka “BC”, 26 of Lexington Park, as a distributor of cocaine.

As the investigation continued, detectives made undercover purchases of cocaine from suspect Stout. After a case review with State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz, the case was presented to the St. Mary’s County Grand Jury and multiple arrest warrants were obtained.

Suspect Stout was indicted for three counts of distribution of cocaine. He is currently awaiting a bond review and is being held without bond.

Barry Stout. I went to high school with him. What a shame. I think he has a kid too. Wow...just goes to show you what different paths we take in life.

he dose have a kid and he had a good job on base but when he lost that i guess that what he found to pay the bills but he is a good guy even if he was dealing sometime hardship over power reason the voice of somd has spoken Click For Link

Another piece of garbage from Lexington Park. We should just put a fence around the whole area and keep the animals in their zoo.

Boy, as usual it didn't take long for the "he's a good guy" comment to pop up. No excuses here. He sold cocaine (allegedly). More than likely he was into it before he lost his job. People just don't wake up one day, even without a job and say "I think I'll sell coke". He'd have to know where to get it and so forth, so I'm sorry he lost his job, but if he is a father, he should realize what he does has a huge impact on his child. Let's hope he learns from this and doesn't repeat this action.

I went to school with Barry as well. He comes from a good family. What a shame that people have to turn to this to make ends meet.

I have a 20653 address and i'm not an animal or "scum". He didn't live next door to me, nor do my neighbors behave this way, you got a problem with drug dealers that's fine but keep your sweeping generalities to yourself. Best to keep quiet and be thought and idiot than to speak and remove all doubt.

Another dirt bag off the street. Get the drug dealers, seller, distributers, OUT OF HERE!! This has nothing at all to do with race, it has to do with getting another P.O.S. off the streets.

No excuse
I personally have no tolerance for drugs or the people who use/sell/distribute them. I do not know this person but when I look at his picture, I see tears and remorse in his eyes. I hope he can get the help he needs to get his act together and make a better life for himself and his child.
