Police Catch Up to Participant in Theft Scheme
LEONARDTOWN - 4/14/2009
On April 11, at 12:45 p.m., Charles Arnett Weaver Jr., 20 of Upper Marlboro, was arrested by Tpr. M. Pitcher on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on Febr. 28.
The original charges were four counts each possession of forged currency and theft under $500 and one count of theft scheme.
Weaver was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review
