On May 6 ay 11:23 a.m., members of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Unit responded to the 5900 block of Roosevelt Place in Bryantown after receiving a tip that Charles McDaniel Brooks, 23, was at that residence. |
