Men Flee Wal-Mart After Stealing Computer, Throwing Stolen Items From Vehicle

On June 9, at 5 p.m., Trooper Hunt responded to the Wal-Mart in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. 

Investigation revealed that two men fled the store with a computer system.  A vehicle description was broadcast to officers in the area.  Deputy First Class Wells of the Sheriff’s Department, located the vehicle.  The suspects threw the stolen items from the vehicle and attempted to flee.  The vehicle was stopped and the suspects were arrested. 

Norland E. Washington, 40 of Accokeek and Spencer T. Boulware, 43 of Washington, DC, were arrested, charged with theft and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
