Single Vehicle Involved in Rollover

At approximately 11:00 pm on Thursday, July 2, the Huntingtown and North Beach Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squads had a report of an auto accident on Dalrymple Road and Victoria Lane in Sunderland. This was initially for an overturned vehicle with possible entrapment. However, when first responders arrived on the scene all victims of the accident were out of the overturned vehicle. The victims required medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. One victim was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital and the other victims signed releases after minor treatment at scene. The cause of the accident is not known at this time. |
