SMECO's Annual Meeting will be held on August 26 at the Blue Crabs Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf.
 
Keep a lookout! Around July 23, all of our customer-members will receive an Annual Meeting Notice in the mail.  The notice contains all of the details you'll need for the meeting. 

Along with the meeting notice, you will receive a member identification card.  Please bring your member identification card with you to the meeting.

To cast a vote for a business or other organization, you must present the member identification card at the meeting, or you won't be able to vote.

Customer-members who are unable to attend the meeting may request an absentee mail-in ballot.  Just call SMECO at 1-888-440-3311, ext. 4722, or fill out the online form at www.smeco.coop.  You must request a ballot by 4 p.m. on August 13.  SMECO must receive completed ballots by mail by August 25.
