Sheriff Cameron Honors First Quarter Employees

In order to award both civilian and uniformed employees of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office who have demonstrated the highest level of work performance and achievement, Sheriff Timothy K. Cameron recently bestowed employee of the quarter status on three individuals.
The award as presented stated that Dfc. Maletto has proven himself to be a valuable member of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. DFC Maletto was hired on September 12, 2003. He has received the Sheriff’s Office Meritorious Service Award for his performance of duty while being involved in an armed robbery on July 14, 2005. DFC Maletto takes pride in his work and is a Ms. Gray began employment with the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office on July 1, 2005. She has proven to be a reliable and dependable employee who is always trusted to get the job done. Ms. Gray is an excellent field training instructor for newly hired station clerks. She has successfully field trained two station clerks and continues to mentor them.
C/O Wood began his career as a correctional officer on December 7, 2007. He soon became a member of the Emergency Response Team and completed training on June 27, 2008. C/O Wood is reliable, punctual and career orientated. He voluntarily works overtime and is always willing to help no matter what the task. C/O Wood is passionate about his work and has organized central storage on numerous occasions while on midnight shift. |
