Attention all middle school students: Join us for an evening of learning how the resources at Calvert Library can strengthen your History Fair research ... and have some fun while you learn. 

The Ramp Up Your History Fair Research workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2009, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Calvert Library Prince Frederick. To participate, register online at calvert.lib.md.us.

The workshop includes training on using the library's research databases, finding primary and secondary sources, and locating other materials to aid you in producing your 2009-2010 History Fair project – Innovation in History: Impact and Change.

The program format includes a variety of activities – and light refreshments – to make the information-packed evening especially enjoyable for tweens.
