Suspects Desperate for Cash, Pry Open Pepsi Machine

On August 28, at 7:13 a.m., TFC J. A. Pilkerton responded to the 26000 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville for the reported Theft and Malicious Destruction of Property. 

Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 48 of California.  He advised on August 20, at 10:33 p.m., two unknown suspect(s) pried open the Pepsi machine outside their office and stole approximately $70 in cash.  After review of the surveillance video, it appeared two white males no further description arrived in a black SUV, unknown make.  One of the suspects used a crow bar to pry open the Pepsi machine, reach into the machine and remove approximately $70 in cash.  Both suspects then left in the black SUV. 

The investigation continues.
