Two juvenile females were charged with theft by DFC Aaron Locke on September 6 at 6:06 p.m., after they were observed shoplifting at the Prince Frederick Safeway. 

A sixteen-year-old from Prince Frederick and a fourteen-year-old of St. Leonard were each charged with theft under $100 on youth reports and released to a parent.
