SMECO Transmission Line Upgrade Receives Approval

Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative has received approval of its application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) to construct a 230-kilovolt (kV) transmission line. SMECO submitted its application to the PSC on November 21, 2008. |
