On Oct. 27 at 6 p.m., officers responded to the 3700 block of Wellington Boulevard in Nanjemoy for the report of an assault.

Investigation revealed the suspect, Marvin Snow, 36 of Nanjemoy, threatened a female housemate with a knife during an argument. Further investigation revealed the suspect had several bags of cocaine inside the residence.

Snow was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and possession of drugs.
