One Injured in Four Vehicle Chain Reaction Crash in Owings

At approximately 7:25 am on Friday, October 30, the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad and Ambulance from North Beach had a report of an auto accident on Route 260 and Route 2 in Owings. There was a chain reaction of four vehicles involved. One female driver was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital and the other drivers all signed releases at the scene. About two hours prior to this call, Dunkirk VFD responded to an another accident, it was a single vehicle with no injuries.
