Due to the temporary national shortage of the H1N1 influenza vaccine, the Charles County Department of Health will be vaccinating only individuals in priority groups at the Nov. 7 flu vaccination clinic. Dr. C. Devadason, Charles County Health Officer says, “We will be able to provide the H1N1 vaccine to all who would like it in due time. We ask residents to be patient as we can only provide vaccine to the priority groups at the present time as recommended by the CDC.”
