On October 31, at 1:33 a.m., Tpr. E. J. Page initiated a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at FDR Blvd. in Lexington Park on a beige Toyota Camry matching the description of a vehicle involved in a Hit and Run accident which occurred in Great Mills.  The vehicle had extensive damage to the windshield and was missing the right side mirror.

Contact was made with the male operator, 17 of Callaway and a routine MVA check revealed he was not licensed to drive.  He was placed under arrest for Driving without a License.  A search incident to arrest revealed the male juvenile was in possession of Marijuana.  He was transported to the Leonardtown Barracks where he was processed.  Deputy Rogers, the investigating officer for the Hit and Run Accident responded to the Leonardtown Barracks and issued the juvenile several traffic citations.

The juvenile was then released to his mother pending further action by Juvenile Service.
