Student Arrested for Assaulting School Bus Driver

On Nov. 4, Charles County Sheriff’s officers charged a 17-year-old male in connection with an assault that occurred Oct. 21 in the parking lot of North Point High School.

Investigation revealed the teen was asked to exit his bus after he refused to follow the bus driver’s orders to sit down. As the teen exited, he punched the driver several times. School administrators, who were in the area, stopped the assault and the driver was treated for injuries to his face.

The teen was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing a school bus driver. Officer Cusmano made the arrest.

should be banned from using bus transportation for the rest of the year, let the parent deal with his transportation since he has little regard for it.

Wow...
The parents of this young person must be proud...I am ambarrased for them.

I for-see a promising future, in and out of detainment facilities, for this individual.

Remember this: Eventually you will cross paths with someone who will end this behavior...be it a victim, authorities, or a judge/ jury. It's called Karma.

Is this really how you see yourself going thru life? You should be ashamed of yourself.

but I seriously doubt that he is. But as you say, this behavior will end one way or the other. Always someone out there bigger or faster or meaner that will not take that BS and stop it! Hopefully this will be the wake up call for this kid...but I am not holding my breath!

Why did they turn off the comments on the jason guy who violated the 3yr old child why? But let us bash everyone else!

But I'm guessing they took out the comments on that story because people were able to identify the three year old child and were doing so. At that point, TBN had to step in and rightfully so.

Not only should he be expelled, he should be charged as an adult, not a juvenile. You wanna act all big and tough, then accept the consequences of your actions and take it like an adult. What a loser
