Notorious Trespasser Arrested at Local Hospital

On Nov. 3, Deputy H. Adams responded to St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown, for a report of a trespasser. 

Investigation revealed Lavelle Bernard Miller, 27 of no fixed address, was served with a notice not to trespass on October 25.  On Nov. 3, Miller had no lawful business at the hospital and was asked to leave the property.  Miller refused to leave and was still at the hospital when Deputy Adams arrived. 

Deputy Adams arrested and charged Miller with trespassing.
