Mailbox Tampered with at Local Post Office
GREAT MILLS - 11/7/2009
On Nov. 3, at 11:53 a.m., TFC C. M. Evans responded to the Great Mills Post Office in the 20000 block of Point Lookout Road in Great Mills for the reported Malicious Destruction of a mailbox.
Contact was made with the female employees of the Post Office who advised unknown suspect(s) damaged a mailbox by drilling out the lock and removing the door from its hinges.
Estimated damage to the mailbox is $100 and the incident is still under investigation.
