Inmate Racking Up the Charges While Serving Time

On Nov. 3, at 7:31 p.m., Darien Marcel Bush, 22 of Lexington Park, was served an outstanding Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Dec. 4, 2008.  The original charges were Theft over $500 and Fraud/Identity Theft. 

The warrant was served by TFC M. A. Moore at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was incarcerated on unrelated charges.  Tpr. J. S. Gibson served Bush an outstanding Arrest Warrant issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on November 10, 2008.  The original charges were Second-Degree Burglary and Theft over $500.
 
Bush was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
