Yesterday I heard on the radio that you could only contact 911 from both of these counties by cell phone only and Charles by land line only. Are all the systems fixed now or only Charles? I was very concerned since a lot of seniors do not have cell phones and are the majority of medical calls to 911. Reply to This Comment
