Out of Control Juvenile Arrested for Destruction of Property

On January 7, 2011 at 3:49 p.m., Tpr. S. M. Morton responded to the 20000 block of Poplar Ridge Road in Lexington Park for a reported out of control juvenile.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 37, of Lexington Park who advised a male juvenile, 15, of Lexington Park was in residence causing damage to property after an argument. Following statements provided by the complainant and juvenile, Tpr. Morton placed the juvenile under arrest for Malicious Destruction Property.
He was later released to a guardian pending further action by Juvenile Services.
