Flags to be Flown at Half Staff till Monday, Jan. 24
1/22/2011
Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag flown at half staff until sunset on Monday, January 24, 2011.
This is in memory of Mark Falkenhan, a firefighter with the Baltimore County Lutherville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 30), a part of the Baltimore County Fire Department, who died on January 19, 2011 in the line of duty. This action is taken under the Protocol for the United States and Maryland State Flag. Any questions on the above should be directed to the Office of the Secretary of State.
