Mother, Daughter Report Being Robbed of Oxy Proves to be False

St. Mary's Vice narcotics detectives continued an investigation into a robbery that was reported in the Lexington Park area.

The alleged victim and the witness, her daughter stated that after refilling a prescription for “Oxycodone” they were robbed of the pills and money. After reviewing the evidence and information provided, the report was found to be false.

Gina Marie Rogers, age 48 and Marie Antoinette Chase ,age 25, both of Lexington Park were each charged with one count of false report of a crime. Additional charges are pending against both.

Pandemic
The govt. needs to classify oxy abuse as a pandemic, something needs to be done! We need much tighter restrictions, abusers can easily obtain it, but someone with a legitimate medical issue usually cannot. The addiction rate for this medication has reached an all time high...

when I thought Hollyweird was winning the race the Park pulls out by a furlong. coming up on the first turn..... how would anyone in the world make up a story and call the police about OXY anything? the pharmacies around here do not stock it, they have to have it shipped in when there is a request. those people didn't get their job thru a lottery, you think they don't profile the people at the counter!

The pharmacies around here definitely stock it. How else would they fill people's prescriptions? What do you think they make people wait days to get their meds until the pharmacy's order comes in?? They keep a certain quantity on hand, then they order more when they do their inventory. And they can't "profile" drug patients. Now, a doctor can refuse someone a prescription if they look like a drug head but the pharmacy cannot profile people who look like they might put pills up their nose.

These two have always been trash...Like Mother like daughter. I know the baby is fine... He is in GREAT hands and will hopefully stay that way. No baby deserves to be around their mother if all they are worried about is Drugs..She cant do nothing for the baby, and obviously for her self..She looks a hot mess in this picture, and looks like she is high as ever. I hope she never gets her son back....Her and her mother, and her sister ALL are considered as the definition as WHITE TRASH!*

I could not have said it better. the baby still is a worry.Marie should never get the baby back, but you say good hands,anybody connected with this family is not good hand.Child services shoud be aware of this.
