SHERIFF’S OFFICERS LOCATE MISSING TEEN: The Charles County Sheriff’s Office has located Brooke Ashley Olup, 16, of Ironsides, Maryland who was reported missing July 8. This evening, at 7:08 p.m., a witness called police and said they saw Olup and her acquaintance, Samson Raby, 19, walking on the roadway in the 10300 block of Tayloes Neck Road in Nanjemoy. Officers responded and confirmed their identities. Detectives say at this point, it is not clear where they were during the time they were missing. The investigation is continuing.
SHERIFF’S OFFICE CONTINUES TO SEEK WHEREABOUTS OF MISSING TEEN: The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Brooke Ashley Olup, 16, of Ironsides, Maryland. Brooke was last seen at her house on Friday, July 8 between 12 a.m. – 1 a.m.Detectives believe she left willingly with a male acquaintance, Samson Raby, 19, whose last known address was in Virginia. Detectives say Brooke does not have a cell phone and at the time she left, did not have access to a car. Investigators have followed up on numerous tips and are continuing to follow leads. Olup is 5’3”, 125 lbs., and has long brown hair and brown eyes. Raby is 5’4”, 125 lbs., and has brown hair that is close cut and blue eyes.
