Registered Sex Offender Arrested for Violation of Probation
Mechanicsville, MD - 9/29/2011
On September 28, 2011, Detectives from the St. Mary's Bureau of Criminal Investigations Special Victim's Unit apprehended registered sex offender Eric Jon Okrasinski, age 42, at his residence in Mechanicsville on a violation of probation warrant. The warrant was being held by the Division of Corrections and the defendant was transported to the Maryland State Police Barrack for transfer to the Division of Corrections.
The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is an investigative team comprised of Detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack.The unit was established on July 1, 2003 and is based in Leonardtown, Maryland.
