Juvenile Charged After Pulling Fire Alarm at Esperanza MS
Lexington Park, MD - 12/15/2011
On December 13, 2011 around 4:00pm, an eleven year old male juvenile intentionally pulled and activated the automatic fire alarm at Esperanza Middle School in Lexington Park. The juvenile, and additional juveniles, were attending after school activities at the time of the incident. The correct procedures were folllowed for notification and evacuation of the building. On December 14, 2011, the juvenile was charged with False Fire Alarm and released to his guardian without incident at their residence.
