Juvenile Arrested After Assaulting Another Juvenile
Great Mills, MD - 2/28/2012
On Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 7:37pm, Tpr. E. T. Reuschling responded to the 45000 block of Alton Lane in California for a reported fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 16, of Lexington Park who advised he was performing work duties when he was struck in the face by another individual. The suspect in the incident was involved in an altercation with the complainant previously reported. Information provided by the complainant and a witness, resulted in Tpr. Reuschling responding to the 22000 block of Deerpath Court in Great Mills to make contact with the suspect. Upon arrival, contact was made with the suspect, a juvenile male, 16, of Great Mills and his guardian. The juvenile was informed of the investigation and charged with Second Degree Assault. He was released on scene to his guardian pending further action by Juvenile Services.
