CSM Students, Faculty, Focus on Aspects of Aging for Social Justice Day Activities

Alzheimer’s Disease: Early Detection, Resources for Families. 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. April 11. College of Southern Maryland, Prince Frederick Campus, Room PFA-123, 115 J.W. Williams Road, Prince Frederick. CSM students, faculty and community members will focus on aspects of aging for this year’s Social Justice Day activities which will include a keynote presentation by Linda Gottfried, regional director of Southern Maryland Area for the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter which includes Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s counties. Gottfried will discuss current research in the area of Alzheimer's disease as well as early detection and resources available for families affected by this disease. Free.
