Callaway Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct
Lexington Park, MD - 4/22/2012
On April 21, 2012 at approximately 1:10 a.m. deputies responded to the corner of Columbus Drive and
Pacific Drive in Lexington Park, Maryland for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival the deputies observed Javone Lawrence Warrick, 20 of Callaway, Maryland sitting on the hood of a vehicle parked in the residential parking lot. Deputies had previously been to the same location earlier in the evening and spoke with Warrick regarding complaints that he was causing a disturbance. Each time the deputies made contact with Warrick they had asked him to quiet down. Deputy Pontorno once again made contact with Warrick and asked him to go inside of the residence. Warrick began yelling profanity which drew the attention of the neighbors. Warrick was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
