Illinois Man Arrested on Solomons Island for Being Loud and Disorderly

On 4/20/12 at 11:25 pm, Trooper Esnes was on foot patrol on Solomons Island when he observed Nicholas E. Petri, 23 of Carlyle, IL acting in a loud and disorderly manner. After refusing to obey the Trooper’s orders to cease, he was placed under arrest. After being placed in a Calvert County Detention Center transport van Petri kicked the inside of the van causing damage. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
